Što je Smiley ?
To je kombinacija znakova s tastature koja predstavlja emociju ili dodatnu poruku onome kome pišemo e-mail.
Obično se stavlja iza rečenice, a ponekad i unutar teksta.
Pomoću Smiley-a dodajemo posebna značenja našem tekstu.

:-( Frowning smiley. User did not like that last statement or is upset or depressed about something.
:-I Indifferent smiley. Better than a :-( but not quite as good as a :-).
:-> User just made a really biting sarcastic remark. Worse than a ;-).
